She mainly deals with matters related to the protection of individuals and their assets, including family law, inheritance law, real estate law, art law and cultural heritage law, providing consultancy and judicial and extrajudicial assistance to individuals, families, companies and professional firms in these areas.
Her primary goal is to look for the best solution for her client and to properly evaluate if it can be achieved in the extrajudicial phase thanks to her professional experience and skills in mediation and negotiation techniques.
Monica Ferrari promotes and uses alternative methods to judicial procedures such as mediation and negotiation, which she exercises not only as a lawyer but also as a civil mediator at renowned conciliation bodies. With mediation and negotiation, the parties are the real protagonists and crafters of their choices and the future arrangement of their interests, with the possibility of reaching a solution to the problem quickly, avoiding the negative aspects of judicial procedures, such as longer times, the risks arising from the uncertainty of the decision that will be made by the judge, and higher costs.
She believes that the direct personal relationship between lawyer and client is very important. For this reason, she plans with her client the most suitable strategy, she personally follows every phase of the case, and regularly updates her client on its developments.
Should the need arise for additional expertise from professionals such as a Notary, Accountant, Surveyor, Psychologist, Art Expert, or other specialists, in the event the client does not already have trusted contacts, Monica Ferrari has a network of professionals who collaborate with the Firm.
